On Friday, June 6, 2014 I will be leading a panel and appearing on another panel at the annual ADR Day Conference run by ICLE and no-sponsored by NJAPM (I am the current President). The panel I will lead will discuss credentialing in the ADR fields (mediation, arbitration, collaborative law and ombudsmanship). I will be joined on the panel by John Holsinger, Anna-Maria Pittella and Ken Neumann.
The other panel I will participate on is one looking at the future of ADR practice. Specifically, I will be discussing how practitioners can leverage technology in their practices. Joining me on the panel will be Bonnie Blume Goldsamt, Bob Margulies, Risa Kleiner and Laura Kaster.
